About Pacific Headwaters
With Craig Hemping as principal biologist, Pacific Headwaters LLC is a community-oriented, veteran-owned environmental consulting firm specializing in all things water related — from fisheries and stream systems to watershed compliance.
Craig is a U.S. Navy veteran and 2009 graduate of California State University, Chico (B.S., Biological Science), with more than 15 years of professional experience managing natural resources across Idaho, Oregon, and California.
Northern CA and Beyond
Pacific Headwaters LLC is based in Corning, California, with deep roots in Northern California's national forests and watersheds — and career experience that extends into Oregon and Idaho. We bring fisheries and wildlife biology, CDFW and federal regulatory compliance, and watershed assessment expertise to public agencies and private landowners, wherever the project takes us.
